HEALTHCARE BILLING SPECIALIST (HBS) Location Remote in Graham, NC :

HEALTHCARE BILLING SPECIALIST (HBS) Labcorp is seeking a HealthCare Billing Specialist to join our team! Labcorp's Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking individuals whose work will improve health and improve lives. Responsibilities:

• Research, translate, and analyze routine front end billing issues
• Research, translate, and update demographic data to ensure prompt payment from customers
• Resolve systems issues from daily reports to determine appropriate resolution action
• Fast paced; after extensive training- will have daily/weekly goals to be met

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's Degree or Medical Coding and Billing Certification a plus
• REMOTE work; must have high level Internet speed (50 mbps) connectivity
• Must be able to work meeting weekly, monthly goals
• 1 year Billing experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to work and learn in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform successfully in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong verbal communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
• Alpha-Numeric Data Entry proficiency strongly preferred

Pay: $15.00/hr Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
