Anomaly Squared is looking for upbeat, goal-getting, conversation-loving talent to join our Outbound Insurance team. If you can turn a simple phone call into a great customer experience, keep reading.
This is a fully remote role, which means your office can feature fuzzy slippers, your favorite playlist, and zero commute traffic. Win.
You’ll be the first voice potential clients hear, answering questions, sharing information about our insurance services, and connecting qualified prospects with our sales team. Think of yourself as the friendly bridge between curiosity and commitment.
Pay: $7.25 to $10.50 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and confidently introduce our insurance services
- Offer free quotes and guide customers through multiple provider rate options
- Present smart, money-saving opportunities tailored to each customer
