Mental Health Counselor (Pay Per Visit)

• A Private Practice. We’re not a corporate practice, rehab agency, or a gym. We are a freestanding wellness practice.
• Patient-Focused. Our clinical focus comes first. Business results follow. Currently we schedule our per-visit arrangements as 53-60 minutes.
• Integrative. Started as a physical therapy clinic over 25-years ago, we appreciate a complementary and collaborative approach to client wellness. We are also committed to helping our clients address mental/emotional and nutritional issues.
• Growing. Under new growth-oriented ownership since 2022, there’s room to develop from here as we grow together!

We’ll love that you are:

• A North Carolina Registered Mental Health Counselor with a Masters or Doctorate in mental health, psychology, psychiatry, or a related field with at least two years’ experience.
• Able to meet patients in person at our clinic or virtually.
• Eager to learn, grow, and challenge yourself.
• Create personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions based on client assessments.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to address client issues using various therapeutic techniques.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our cutting-edge AI Scribe technology
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification

The Work Schedule:

• Since this is a per-appointment arrangement, we expect sessions to be scheduled during our weekday hours as a rule, whether in-person or online. However, we are flexible in this to a reasonable extent (especially with virtual visits).
