- Provide care for pre- and post-op orthopedic and trauma patients
- Manage IV therapy, wound care, and telemetry monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Float as needed within Cone Health facilities

Requirements
- License: Active RN (NC or compact)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Ortho RN
- Certifications: BLS (required), ACLS (preferred)
- Charting: Epic (required)
- Skills: Ortho/trauma experience, telemetry, IV therapy, wound care, safe patient handling
