Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Stepdown unit
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and response to treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to devise and implement care plans

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown
- Current RN license in North Carolina
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Stepdown or similar unit
