The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our service department through customer communication, scheduling, parts ordering, and general administrative tasks. This role also involves the use of a company vehicle, so a clean driving record is required. Key Responsibilities: * Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner * Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately * Research and order parts as needed to support the service team * Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions * Utilize internal systems and software for scheduling, inventory, and documentation * Drive company vehicle for job-related tasks (e.g., parts pickup, deliveries, etc.) * Perform other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus * Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software * Excellent organizational and time management abilities * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Clean and valid driver’s license; must meet company driving standards * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in a service or repair industry is a plus * Familiarity with parts ordering systems or CRM software What We Offer: * Competitive pay * Company vehicle for job-related use * Health, dental, and vision benefits * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for advancement within the company How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the position to [email protected]
