Business Systems Analyst

Description

We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, driving process improvements and system integrations across enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and workshops
• Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
• Create user stories, use cases, and functional documentation

Solution Design & Delivery

• Translate business needs into technical/functional specs
• Partner with development and QA teams through delivery lifecycle
• Support testing, deployment, and user adoption

Project Leadership

• Lead small–mid size projects end-to-end
• Track deliverables, timelines, and risks
• Support larger enterprise initiatives

Systems Integration

• Support integrations across Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, and internal systems
• Identify automation opportunities across applications

Documentation & Communication

• Create SOPs, training materials, and user guides
• Present business cases and solutions to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 3–4+ years of Business/Systems Analysis experience
• Strong SQL skills (will complete a short SQL assessment)
• Experience with:
• Requirements gathering
• Business process analysis
• Solution design
• Systems integration
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Salesforce
• Project leadership experience
• Strong presentation skills

Interview Process:

• SQL assessment
• Business case + presentation

Work Environment:

• 1st month: 100% onsite training
• After: 4 days onsite / 1 remote
• Collaborative, Spanish-speaking team environment

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
