Smoothie King - Immediate Shift Leader Position

Join Smoothie King, a brand committed to helping people live healthier lives through nutrition. As a Shift Leader, you will guide team members in the absence of the General Manager, showcasing your passion for the brand and readiness to tackle new challenges.

Pay rate is up to $13 per hour with tips
Responsibilities:
- Blend delicious tasting smoothies
- Ensure guests' purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience
- Properly prep fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- Perform opening and/or closing duties
- Perform store checklist tasks
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Assist in team member management throughout shifts
- Fulfill cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments
Essential Functions:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business
- Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback
- Must be extremely reliable
