Job Title: Systems Analyst

Location: NORTH CAROLINA

Term: 12 Months

Note: This is an onsite position.

Overview:

• The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving IT systems to align with business needs and technological resources.
  
• This role focuses on implementing software solutions, enhancing system efficiency, and ensuring that technology supports the organization’s strategic objectives.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for system improvements.
  
• Evaluate existing IT systems and recommend enhancements to optimize performance, efficiency, and scalability.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to design and implement effective software solutions.
  
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis to ensure quality and reliability.
  
• Develop documentation including workflows, system requirements, and user guides.
  
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems or enhancements.
  
• Monitor system performance and implement solutions to improve uptime and user experience.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations that can improve business operations.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related IT/business analysis role.
  
• Strong knowledge of system design, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT infrastructure.
  
• Proficiency in analyzing complex processes and translating them into technical solutions.
  
• Experience with databases, software applications, and system integration.
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of business process modeling and requirements gathering methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  
• Understanding of cloud-based solutions, ERP, or CRM systems.
  
• Certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, or related credentials are a plus.
