Systems Analyst
Job Title: Systems Analyst

Location: NORTH CAROLINA
Term: 12 Months
Note: This is an onsite position.
Overview:
- The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving IT systems to align with business needs and technological resources.
- This role focuses on implementing software solutions, enhancing system efficiency, and ensuring that technology supports the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Evaluate existing IT systems and recommend enhancements to optimize performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to design and implement effective software solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis to ensure quality and reliability.
- Develop documentation including workflows, system requirements, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems or enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and implement solutions to improve uptime and user experience.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations that can improve business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related IT/business analysis role.
- Strong knowledge of system design, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex processes and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience with databases, software applications, and system integration.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of business process modeling and requirements gathering methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Understanding of cloud-based solutions, ERP, or CRM systems.
- Certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, or related credentials are a plus.
