About the Job:
As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Consultant, you’ll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas, and vendors to identify, review, and evaluate solution requirements.
- Design efficient and scalable automation and business solutions in accordance with Microsoft best practices and vendor-specific design principles.
- Provide client consulting and planning guidance for moderate to complex projects.
- Configure new automation using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand, following an API-first methodology.
- Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration, bringing strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
What You’ll Bring with You
- 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, and the Power Platform connector library.
- Deep knowledge of intelligent automation technologies and how to implement them at scale.
- Experience in the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including:
- Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) – configuration, customization, and integration.
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook) – leveraging collaboration and productivity tools.
- Azure services – integration, security, identity, and cloud-based automation.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes, identifying fit-for-purpose Microsoft technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Dynamics 365 and M365 applications, ensuring seamless adoption and efficient use.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day issues with automation and business applications, delivering timely solutions.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security best practices in Microsoft environments.
- Willingness to work in the Charlotte office three days per week.
