Responsibilities

• Processing payments
• Imaging payments on a machine
• Support Operations; seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
• Perform routine operational support tasks.
• Regularly receive direction from the supervisor and escalate questions and issues. Interact with client personnel on basic information
