Member Experience Representative

AO Globe Life is seeking Remote Client Support Specialists to help individuals and families across the United States access important supplemental benefit programs—all from home. You will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit options , schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through available programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

• Explain available benefit options and assist clients through the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications

• Deliver professional, client-focused service and build strong relationships

• Participate in ongoing training sessions, mentorship, and team meetings
