Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other property concerns to the appropriate contacts.
- Support daily operations by assisting with visitor directions, answering routine questions, and maintaining a visible presence that helps to promote order throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
