HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Perform routine maintenance, system inspections, and performance testing

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and control system issues

• Recommend necessary repairs or system improvements with clear, professional communication

• Complete accurate service documentation, invoices, and inspection reports

• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area

• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, honesty, and quality work

• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience

• EPA Universal Certification preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the past 5 years)

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
