Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM start
Pay : $18.00 - $28.00 per hour + Bonuses

What You’ll Do
As a Spray Technician, you’ll help keep lawns healthy, green, and beautiful across residential neighborhoods. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Applying fertilizers and lawn care treatments with precision
• Diagnosing turf issues like weeds, pests, or disease
• Communicating with customers clearly and professionally
• Performing aeration and seeding in the fall
• Operating and maintaining spray equipment safely and efficiently
  

Travel Opportunities: Occasionally, FineTurf takes on projects across North Carolina. If you’re open to short-term travel, you may assist on these projects (company covers lodging and related expenses).

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
2+ years working outdoors
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Professional references
Ambition to achieve and exceed goals
