Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; some college education is preferred.
- Proven leadership and motivational skills with the ability to attract, train, and develop top talent.
- An exceptionally strong focus on guest service to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
- The ability to define, measure, and achieve financial goals, focusing on sales growth, guest counts, and cost management.
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
