Pay: $18/hr. | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Make Ready Technician for a residential community in Burlington, NC 27215. This is a great opportunity for someone with apartment turn or maintenance experience who is ready to start immediately and grow into a long-term role.
Position Details
- Role: Make Ready Technician
- Location: Burlington, NC 27215
- Pay: $18/hr.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Opportunity Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (make-readies/turns)
- Perform basic repairs including painting, drywall, flooring, light plumbing, and electrical
- Replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed
- Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards prior to occupancy
- Maintain cleanliness of units and work areas
- Assist with general maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
