Associate Dentist – Busy Private Practice

The Opportunity
- Schedule: 4 days/week (No nights or weekends)
- Growth: 50+ new patients per doctor monthly
- Support: 2 hygienists + 1–2 assistants per doctor
- Technology: CEREC, CBCT, Digital Scanners, Implant System
- Patient Base: PPO & Cash only (No Medicaid)
Compensation & Benefits
- Income: $250,000+ potential (Production-based w/ initial guarantee)
- W2 position with benefits: Health Insurance, 401(k), Short-term Disability, annual CE stipend
- Development: Dedicated onboarding and ongoing doctor mentorship

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Skills: Proficient in bread-and-butter dentistry, simple molar endo, and surgical extractions
- Preferred: Invisalign and Implant placement experience
- DNA: High-energy, driven, and committed to comprehensive treatment planning
