Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (40 hours)
Pay Rate: $17/hour + commission

Overview

We are hiring an experienced Collections Agent for a high-volume, performance-driven role with strong earning potential. This role is ideal for candidates with third-party collections or call center experience.

What You’ll Do
• Make high-volume outbound calls to collect medical debt
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve past-due accounts
• Handle objections and drive payments
• Document account activity in real time
• Meet daily and monthly performance metrics

What We’re Looking For
• At least 1 year of collections experience (agency preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable in a call-heavy, metric-driven environment
• Ability to meet performance goals
