• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Leverage our extensive lead-generation system to connect with potential buyers and sellers, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values and trends.
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process, offering expert advice and support at every stage.
• Negotiate offers and contracts effectively to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance property visibility and appeal to target audiences.

• Must have an Active North Carolina Real Estate License.
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
• Ability to leverage lead-generation systems effectively, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
