Systems Analyst
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation and standards for requirements, processes, and system changes. Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements and design changes to new and existing systems and processes based on performance metrics and feedback.

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Technical Translation: Convert business needs into functional specifications, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Process Analysis: Diagram current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings, workshops, and demos to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Solution Validation: Support testing and user acceptance to confirm solutions meet requirements. Data Analysis: Interpret data to support decision-making and validate assumptions.
