This role plays an important part in keeping our agency connected with clients through consistent communication and thoughtful follow-up. - Write and send handwritten cards to customers for relationship building and retention
- Schedule appointments for producers via text and follow up as needed
- Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day operations
- Support the team in maintaining consistent communication with clients
- Help ensure a positive and professional customer experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable communicating via text and written communication
- Dependable and able to follow through on tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Starting pay: $10/hour
- Unlicensed position with opportunity for growth
