Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcomed
• Prior school-based SLP experience is valued, but new graduates will be considered
• Strong skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy for students from PreK through high school in both individual and group settings
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify student communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students in general and special education environments
• Maintain detailed session notes, progress reports, and required documentation
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
