Mulch Solutions LLC in Concord, NC is seeking a laborer specializing in Mulch Blowing Operations. This position is responsible for operating mulch-blowing equipment, handling and installing mulch on commercial and residential sites, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and aligns with our company’s core values of quality, dependability, and customer focus.

$45,000 - $50,000 per year

Mulch and Material Installation:

• Operate specialized blower trucks safely and efficiently.
• Install mulch on client properties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area.
• Communicate with customers on-site.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in the operation of blower trucks and other installation equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.

Quality Assurance:

• Adhere to company standards and best practices to ensure high-quality installations that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Follow the scope of work for each job, paying attention to detail to maintain the integrity of the installation.

Customer Service:

• Interact professionally and courteously with clients, addressing any questions or concerns during the installation process.
• Ensure that the work area is left clean and tidy upon completion of each job, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Adaptability and Team Collaboration:

• Work effectively in varying seasonal conditions, showing flexibility and resilience in changing environments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
