- High school diploma or GED required; trade school experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or general labor.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and follow direction.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or gas/mechanical installation.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring installation or trade crews.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage job sites professionally.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience preferred for Electrical Lead positions.
