Join Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related matters to site leadership when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, service corridors, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, delivery areas, and other assigned locations, assisting with visitor directions and helping to support orderly entry, exit, and movement throughout the property.
• Assist with handling disturbances, trespassing concerns, and/or after-hours activity in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
