Description:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Truck Driver to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves operating commercial vehicles for deliveries while also supporting warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks and assisting with general tasks as needed.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company trucks in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
- Transport goods to designated locations in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Support warehouse operations, including banding and packing shipments and general labor tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screening
- Previous truck driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to assist in multiple areas
- Work Environment:
This position involves both driving and physical warehouse work. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and performing manual labor.
