Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and update construction schedules using Primavera 6, ensuring all project milestones are identified and tracked.
2. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements.
3. Use Autodesk to create detailed construction plans and blueprints. (Revit is a plus)
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
5. Communicate regularly with project teams and stakeholders, providing updates on schedule status and any changes or delays.

Qualifications:
1. Relevant working experience OR Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, etc.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in Primavera 6 and Autodesk is essential. (Plus if have Revit)
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
