We're Hiring a Regional Operations Manager!
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? Precision Lumping Services LLC is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Regional Operations Manager. As the Regional Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our business in the region.
Responsibilities:- 90% TRAVEL
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities in the region
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational initiatives
- Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
