Client Service Associate *ASAP*

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Client Service Associate – ASAP to assist with client support, coordination, and daily service activities. This role involves direct communication, problem-solving, and ensuring clients receive prompt, accurate assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, service needs, and daily support.
Provide clear and accurate information while ensuring a positive client experience.
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve client concerns or requests.
