Mechanical Technician
Join Our Client, a leading manufacturing innovator as a Mechanical Technician in Newton, NC! We seek an expert with an Associate degree and 3+ years of equipment installation experience. Propel your career forward by building next-generation production lines! location: Newton, North Carolina

salary: $22.86 - 32.00 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Associates responsibilities:
- Manage the installation, alignment, and debugging of mechanical systems to ensure successful manufacturing capacity additions.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on complex mechanical machinery (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors) to resolve issues and enhance equipment capability.
- Design and implement industrialized mechanical solutions while interpreting technical blueprints and maintaining critical engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support operations training.
- Champion safe work practices across project teams while effectively managing spare parts inventory and CMMS records.
