• Provide administrative support within the medical or dental office setting
• Maintain accurate patient information and assist with insurance verification processes
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Basic qualifications

• Experience in a medical office environment is essential
• Familiarity with medical terminology to communicate effectively within healthcare settings

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience providing administrative support in a dental office
