You'll lead electrical systems design and analysis on medium to large projects — primarily healthcare facilities and university campuses — with the potential to step into a project management capacity. Your Day-to-Day

• Lead electrical discipline work across medium to large AEC projects, ensuring designs meet industry codes, standards, and client requirements
• Oversee QA/QC procedures throughout design and implementation phases
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior engineering staff within your discipline
• Contribute to technical writing and proposal development
• Serve as project manager on select engagements as opportunities arise

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 9+ years of progressive experience in the AEC industry
• Demonstrated focus on healthcare facilities, university campuses, or higher education environments
• Proficiency with engineering software platforms used in electrical systems design
• Advanced knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing staff
• Technical writing and proposal contribution experience
