What You'll Do:
- Design and align fixtures and tooling, ensuring machines are set right every time for precision outcomes.
- Analyze and run tests to ensure machine performance is up to the mark.
- Lead efforts in quality control, verifying and adjusting equipment as necessary.
- Communicate results and production data clearly to the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Role Essentials:
- 5+ years in CNC programming and operations; familiarity with MAZATROL is a major plus.
- Proficient in mathematics and blessed with the ability to decipher blueprints.
- A team player who can also function independently, with stellar communication skills.
- Commitment to deadlines and nimble adaptation to shifting production dynamics.
