Paralegal
LHH is actively hiring an experienced Estate & Wealth Planning Paralegal to join a well-regarded law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role will focus on estate and trust administration, preparation of complex tax filings, and partnering with a collaborative private wealth team on sophisticated client matters.

- Support all aspects of estate and trust administration while adhering to professional and ethical standards
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including federal estate and gift tax returns, probate filings, accountings, and estate planning materials
- Review, proof, and organize estate and trust documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings, delivering a strong and professional client experience
- Assist attorneys in developing strategies and managing workflow on complex matters
- Prepare and file estate-related court documents and required filings
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines
- Support additional team initiatives and projects as needed
- Maintain an in-office presence to support a highly interactive team environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Prior experience in estate and trust administration, including preparation of complex federal estate and gift tax returns for high-net-worth clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-facing xrczosw demeanor
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple matters simultaneously
- Solid understanding of estate planning concepts, documentation, and processes
