Youth Football Coach
Power Cross is seeking Spring Football Coaches to help lead, mentor, and develop young men through athletics, structure, and discipleship. This is a seasonal coaching role focused on consistency, leadership, and positive impact - not just running drills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist football practices and games during the spring season.
- Build strong relationships with athletes through consistent presence.
- Teach fundamentals, effort, discipline, and teamwork.
- Support a safe, structured, and positive team environment.
- Communicate and work alongside other coaches and directors.
- Serve as a positive role model on and off the field.
Schedule & Commitment:
- Spring season (practices and games during the week and weekends).
- Consistent availability expected for scheduled team activities.
- Paid seasonal stipend (details discussed during interview).
Qualifications:
- Football coaching or playing experience preferred.
- Reliable, consistent, and committed for the full season.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Heart for mentoring and working with young men.
- Must pass background check.
- Have a relationship with Jesus.
