Schedule: Monday–Friday (+ additional hours as needed)
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00/hour (based on experience)

Southern Staircase (Edge Building Solutions) is hiring an experienced Handrail Installer to work on premium, custom projects . If you take pride in precision work and want consistent, year-round projects, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Install custom luxury handrail systems (new builds & renovations)
• Work with wood, metal, glass, and cable systems
• Read plans, take measurements, and ensure code compliance
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Communicate with the Installation Manager on progress and needs
• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

✅ What You Bring:

• 5+ years of handrail installation experience (REQUIRED)
• Experience with over-the-post and curved rail systems (preferred)
• Strong trim carpentry and finish work skills
• Ability to read blueprints and layouts
• Solid math/geometry skills for precise installs
• Valid driver’s license + clean MVR
• Must be 21+ years old
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in job site conditions
• Willingness to travel (75%+)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Key Details:

• This is a hands-on, field-based installation role
