Full-Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Today’s Care (Urgent Care)

Location: Jacksonville, NC Brabham Road & Henderson road

As an Urgent Care (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you’ll be a key member of our fast-paced, team-oriented urgent care setting—providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages. You'll diagnose and treat acute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent medical concerns, all while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Clinic hours are 800a-800p and the position will include three shifts one week and four shifts the following week with every-other weekend required. This opportunity includes full benefits plus unliminted bonus potential.

✔ Provide comprehensive, patient-focused urgent care to individuals and families
✔ Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
✔ Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices
✔ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated care
✔ Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records following compliance standards
✔ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol developmen t

- Current NP or PA certification and active North Carolina license (or eligibility)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an urgent care setting
- Strong clinical assessment skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
