US Business Tax Manager (Cayman Islands or Bermuda)
We’re partnering with one of the world’s top Big 4 tax firms in Bermuda to hire a US Tax Manager.
Bermuda isn’t just a major financial services hub – it’s a place where complex US tax work meets pink-sand beaches, a warm climate and a thriving expat community. You’ll join a high-performing US tax team supporting global financial services clients across insurance, hedge and private equity funds and the fast-growing ILS sector.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
● Provide US tax compliance and advisory services to organisations in the global FS sector, including insurance companies, hedge/private equity funds and ILS entities
● Oversee the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provisions for everything from captive insurers to large multinational SEC filers
● Help Bermuda-based clients navigate international tax rules including CFC, PFIC, BEAT and post-TCJA developments (with potential shifts such as SHIELD and BEPS 2.0)
● Coordinate a varied client portfolio and deliver responsive, high-quality advice
● Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of tax professionals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (REDUCED)
● Around five years’ relevant US tax experience, ideally from a Big 4 environment
● CPA or Enrolled Agent
