2nd Shift Warehouse Manager
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop your shift’s workforce.
- Operations: Oversee inventory, labor planning, and OSHA compliance.
- Performance: Track and achieve key metrics in delivery and cost control.
- 2–3 years of warehouse management experience.
- Proven success in safety, inventory, and team leadership.
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but real-world results matter most).

education: High School Responsibilities We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our newly created 2nd Shift
team. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried role where you’ll collaborate with other managers while directly
leading a team of Warehouse Leads and Associates. In this role, you’ll help drive safe, efficient
warehouse operations and deliver exceptional service to our customers every day.
What You’ll Do
As the leader of this new shift, you’ll play a key role in building the team from the ground up—hiring,
training, and developing Warehouse Associates and a Lead Warehouse Associate. The Managers hours
will be Monday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM, offering four 10-hour workdays and a three-
day weekend every week. It’s a great opportunity to shape a high-performing team while helping grow our
warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
Manage warehouse safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost control
Plan labor needs and adjust staffing based on demand
Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance goals
Oversee inventory processes and drive improvements
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Investigate issues and implement corrective actions
