Electrical Engineer

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineer:

  • Engage in construction oversight and contractor management for a large-scale manufacturing expansion project.
  • Review code compliance, specifications, and drawings during the initial 10-12 months of construction.
  • Post-construction, focus on electrical power distribution to equipment, supporting commissioning and startup.
  • Collaborate with our client's team, including project managers and engineers, to ensure project success.

Required Skills for Electrical Engineer:

  • Proven hands-on experience in electrical engineering within manufacturing environments.
  • Expertise in managing large capital projects with a focus on electrical scope.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical and PLC programming, with Siemens preferred.
  • Experience with equipment installations, power distribution, and commissioning.
  • Ability to modify OEM logic and implement safety PLC logic, especially for European equipment.
