Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about services, policies, and offerings
• Assist customers with requests, updates, and general support
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications
