Syndicated Loan Onboarding Specialist

education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience using Loan IQ to onboard new credit facilities, process loan bookings, set up deal structures, and execute funding events.
- Working knowledge of syndicated loan documentation, including ability to read and interpret credit agreements, term sheets, amendments, and fee letters.
- Solid understanding of syndicated lending products, including revolvers, term loans, delayed draw term loans, swinglines, letters of credit, and multi‑currency structures.
