Leasing Consultant
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site, Hourly
Compensation: $22.00 per hour plus generous commission

At CommonPlace, we are committed to building dynamic communities that residents are proud to call home. We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team and play a key role in attracting and retaining residents by delivering exceptional leasing and customer service experiences.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our community, responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities to prospective residents.
- Assist applicants through the leasing process, including application processing, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospective tenants to foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to leasing activities and resident inquiries.
- Collaborate with property management team to support marketing and outreach efforts aimed at maintaining high occupancy rates.
- Address resident concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with property management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
