Compensation: $22.00 per hour plus generous commission

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our community, responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities to prospective residents.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, including application processing, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospective tenants to foster a positive community atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to leasing activities and resident inquiries.
• Collaborate with property management team to support marketing and outreach efforts aimed at maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Address resident concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with property management software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
