Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
Handle preventative maintenance without being micromanaged
Turn units quickly and efficiently
Communicate clearly and close out work orders daily
Work with vendors when needed What You Need Strong hands-on maintenance experience (2+ years preferred)
Confidence diagnosing issues on your own
Ability to manage your time and workload
Valid drivers license (required)
Willingness to stay busy and productive
