Job Description

Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Communications Coordinator to support and execute internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency, developing content, managing cross-departmental messaging, and supporting public relations and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement communication plans across multiple channels

• Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, internal memos, and presentations

• Collaborate with the marketing and public relations teams to align messaging

• Maintain and update company documents, FAQs, and internal communication tools

• Track metrics for communication performance and provide improvement suggestions

• Organize and manage internal events, meetings, and announcements

• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective message delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or a similar role

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities

• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (e.g., intranet platforms)
