Jr. Communications Coordinator

Anticimex Carolinas is seeking a skilled and proactive Jr. Communications Coordinator to join our team. The Jr. Communications Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including commercial and residential email workflows, customer journey optimization, and SMS marketing.

What you bring to the table:

• Proficient in email automation platforms e.g Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for email templates
• Knowledge of the digital media landscape and strong organizational skills to manage various platforms and partners across multiple brands

• Ability to analyze data & information and synthesize it into actionable insights that will drive strategy

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns via our CRM platform (HubSpot experience preferred but not required) to support business objectives and goals, including content creation, scheduling, and optimization.
• Create and manage email and SMS marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
• Implement customer journey initiatives, including welcome emails and lead nurturing workflows, to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build email templates and SMS text verbiage that are on-brand and visually appealing.
• Utilize email marketing tools such as Never Bounce, Zoom Info, Mailchimp, Sales Message, and HubSpot to streamline campaign management and improve deliverability.
• Manage subscriber lists and segmentations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
• Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Manage relationships with email and SMS service providers and other vendors.
• Stay up-to-date with email and SMS marketing software and technologies, making recommendations for adoption or upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate email and SMS marketing with other marketing channels and initiatives.
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to key stakeholders (i.e., Senior management team, sales, etc.), and provide instructions for use or promotion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 0-2 years of email / digital marketing experience.
• Ability to execute email campaigns from start to finish.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with email best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Some experience with or knowledge of Google Analytics and/or CRM reporting.
