Position Overview:
We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily administrative and clerical operations at our Charlotte, NC location. This on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment, has strong organizational skills, and maintains accuracy while handling a variety of office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
- Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases accurately
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and internal inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with organizing schedules, appointments, and office activities
- Prepare basic reports, forms, and documentation as needed
Qualifications:
