Nurse Practitioner Weekend Float

**Duration 6 months** **Key Responsibilities** + Deliver primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health concerns, health counseling, and disposition planning. + Manage clinic operations such as opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-ups, insurance verification, and payment collection. + Perform routine examinations, diagnostic testing, and care coordination with other healthcare professionals. + Promote healthy lifestyle choices and engage patients in preventive care, wellness, behavioral health, and chronic condition management. + Work collaboratively with the clinical care team to improve patient outcomes and support a panel of patients. + Encourage patient participation and clear understanding of their care plans. **Schedule Requirements** + Strictly **weekend-only positions** . + Must work **at least 4 out of every 6 weekends** , covering **both Saturday and Sunday** . + Weekday hours may become available for additional shifts. + **Training occurs on weekdays** ; after completion, the role transitions to weekend-only duties. + No holiday coverage required. **Required Qualifications** + Master's Degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program. + Current **National Board Certification** and **State license** to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse. + **Active BLS required** (candidate will provide a valid copy upon offer). + **DEA Registration application** and **NP Candidate Questionnaire** must be included on the resume. + Minimum **1 year of recent Primary Care NP experience** in family medicine or primary care preferred; otherwise + Working understanding of quality measures for chronic disease management. + Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage clinical responsibilities with minimal supervision. + Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills. + Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. + Comfortable working remotely as part of a clinical team. + Proficient in technology and information systems. + Willing to obtain multi-state licensure. + Ability to collaborate effectively with professional colleagues. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
