Job Description

We are seeking an IT IMAC Specialist to coordinate and support IT equipment move, add, and change activities for retail and corporate projects, including remodels, expansions, acquisitions, and divestitures. This role focuses on project coordination—working with vendors, construction teams, and internal partners to ensure IT equipment is ordered, delivered, and deployed on schedule.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT hardware deployments for remodels and related projects (registers, PCs, printers, phones, digital displays).
• Partner with vendors and suppliers to align sequencing, scheduling, and resources.
• Track project status, schedules, and deliverables; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan IT needs.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, SOPs, and change management processes.
• Use Excel and Microsoft 365 tools for tracking, reporting, and communication.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• IT retail experience with store-level hardware/systems.
• Strong project coordination skills (scheduling, tracking, vendor alignment).
• Proficiency with Excel (tracking, reporting, pivot tables).
• Schedule flexibility for evenings/overnights when required (with advance notice).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with ServiceNow (incident/change/asset tracking).
• Knowledge of ITIL 4 practices or certification.
• Broader Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, Outlook, Word, etc)
